  • Am I required to register before making a purchase?

We aim to make your shopping experience simple and offer the option to checkout as a guest to make placing an order as easy as possible. Simply follow the checkout steps and remember, we keep all of your personal details confidential and do not share them with anyone.   • When will my payment be processed

Payment is taken from your card once your order is placed and you have received your email confirmation.

  • How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Once your order has been submitted successfully you will receive an automated confirmation email with your order details and an order number. At this point the order is only confirmed, and payment will be taken from your card. You can check your Order status by logging in to 'Your Account'. Please note, if you checked out as a guest, you will not be able to track your order and will only receive email updates regarding your orders.

  • How much do you charge for postage?

We offer free shipping to all nation wide purchases! All postage charges are based on your total order weight and location for international purchases. Please see our delivery & returns page for details.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow up to 7 working days, Most orders are dispatched between one and three days after your order was placed.

  • How will I know when my order has been sent?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an automated email to confirm this.

  • Can I send orders to a different address?
If you would like to send item(s) to different addresses, please inquire providing the addresses before making your purchase.
  • What if I change my mind or have made a mistake on my web order?

If you have any issues with your order(s) we can arrange a refund, cancellation or exchange. Please contact our Customer Service team at support@mesqueunvintage.com

  • What is your online return policy?

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not, please return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange it or give you a refund.

  • How do I know if what I buy will fit me?

It is very important that you understand the measurements of the items that you are buying. Sizing has changed over the years, and also fit varies depending on brand and style. We provide measurement details on each items.

Sizing Tips

Standardized measurements of clothing have altered over the years. Please do not be put off by the sizing label on vintage garments; this will most likely be completely different to today's sizing and could be the perfect fit!

We use two different types of measurements:

Body measurements (armpit to armpit, shoulder to shoulder, top to bottom, waist, inseam, etc): These are an approximation of the body measurement that the garment should fit. For example: if you have a 40" chest you should look for garments that have a 40" chest (or larger if you require a looser fit).

We suggest you measure yourself to find out your size. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest/bust. This is usually just under the armpit.

Measurements: These are the actual measurement of the garment.

  • I saw one of your products in a photoshoot. Can I buy it from you?

Welcome to the wonder of shopping for vintage, the one you find here is only one! With this being the case, the products that we share with magazines and other media are not available for purchase. We do carry a selection of new products (e.g. accessories) that will be available to buy in multiples, if required. Also, you can go to our 30 - 30 section where you can find 30 items and order in multiples, the items in this section take 30 days to arrive but you purchase them at a great deal, also, they rotate every month.

  • I have seen a product that I loved but it no longer seems to be available. Now what?

We know how frustrating it can be when you have your heart set on an item and you go to buy it and it’s no longer there BUT that is what happens sometimes when you are shopping vintage and most of our stock on offer is a unique one-off fantastic item. This is why you need to act quickly and buy it before someone else falls in love with that great item! We add products all the time so you might just find something similar to what you were looking for.

  • Is your merchandise new?

Our merchandise is all pre-owned, however Items come in different condition, There are many unworn garment with original tags.

  • Has the garment been washed before I receive it?

Most of our products have been steamed prior to packaging; however we do not pre-wash our garments. Washing clothes is a controversial subject in vintage. People endlessly debate the merits and dangers of washing vs. dry cleaning.
